1. introduce
AAC is made from silicon material (silica sand, or recycled fly ash and silica gangue) and calcium material (lime, cement), mixing with foaming additive (aluminum powder), batching with water, the reaction between aluminum and concrete causes microscopic hydrogen bubbles to form, expanding the concrete to about five times its original volume. It is made into the multi-cells silicate products by the processes of resting, tilting, cutting and autoclaving. they could be used industry building and common building .they are more and more popular in the world.in the future ,they will replace the Clay brick completely .
2. Advantages
(1) light weight
Areated concrete density is usually 500-700kg/m3,(according the market ti produce), same as 1/3 of clay brick and 1/5 common concrete.So use the Light brick can reduce the weight of the build more, and also reduce the beam of roof and pillar press best . then you can see, it can save the material and cost ,it also fighting shaking .
(2)keeping temperature
It has many are porous, sound isolation, high strength, processable property and so on, so it is best materials now in the world.
(3) have many kinds material,have lowest waste
Main Material:coal ash,sand,waste mine material,coal stone,stone dust and other silicon materials.
Save more soil, when produce 10000 m3 light weight brick, will use 4200 ton coal ash,and save coal ash using area 400m2, save burning clay brick 3500m2.
Capacity and land area introduce:
(1) For AAC line, according capacity: there have per year 50000m3, 100000m3,150000m3, according 300 days to count capacity per year, they are means per day produce 160m3,310m3, 460m3.
(2) For Land requirement,usually for 50000m3 and 100000m3 per year,we need workshop area 2000m2,and total land at least 8000m2, more bigger more better .Usually for 150000m3 AAC line ,we need workshop about 2500m2 ,total land at least 10000m2 more bigger more better .
